Mission:
To pair people with trained equine partners, to surround them with a supportive faith-based community, and to provide opportunities to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally through catered equine-assisted learning activities.
What We Do:
We provide faith-based equine mentorship programs to children, teens, and adults, providing a safe space to foster hope, character growth, life skills, and to instill a love of learning.
The facilities offer indoor and outdoor arena space for sessions year-round, 29 equines with unique backgrounds and stories, and trained staff to provide individual and group equine-assisted learning sessions designed to meet specific goals.

“We really loved our experience with (North Star) Equine-Assisted Learning! Our daughter is really brave and confident around horses so I think that was part of what made it successful. Also, Jezebel (the horse) was just phenomenal! We had a 10/10 experience! It was 100% the perfect session for her first time and really played towards her interests and kept her engaged. She would have stayed there all day if you let her. Now her younger sister (4) is asking if she can do a session with Jezebel next summer. She (4yo) also has her heart set on being a wrangler when she grows up. “We will definitely be at Silver Birch Ranch in July 2026 and are looking forward to another EAL session (or more).”

Camp was better because I got excited every day about going to the barn and spending time with the horses. I liked riding the draft horses better than the light horses.
